AZSTAR Business Management Company, in collaboration with the Association of Entrepreneurs-Veterans of the ATO (APVA), led by Serhiy Pozniak, has established a Vocational Training Center (VTC) in Rivne. The program trains veterans to obtain C1 driver’s licenses using electric vehicles and collaborates with logistics firms and financial services to support veteran-owned businesses within Ukrainian legislation.
