VMILODILO is a pioneering socio-commercial initiative designed to support the reintegration of veterans into civilian life through entrepreneurship and employment in the logistics sector. The project was established through a collaboration between the Association of Entrepreneurs-Veterans of the ATO (APVA) and AZSTAR Business Management Co. As a veteran-focused logistics initiative, VMILODILO provides free leasing of light-duty vehicles, including those adapted for individuals with disabilities, empowering veterans with greater mobility and expanded economic opportunities.

The program provides veterans with C1 category driver’s licenses, financial support through partnerships with FinStream and Cronvest, and access to leasing agreements with major logistics companies, ensuring a sustainable business model for veteran entrepreneurs.

VMILODILO offers three reintegration pathways: veterans can become self-employed entrepreneurs, establish and expand their logistics businesses, or secure stable employment within veteran-owned companies. The initiative is set to scale further, with planned expansions in training programs at Eastern Ukrainian National University.
